Great Migration
On the first day, our guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Moshi or Arusha, and drive to Mto wa Mbu, which is approximately a 1.5-hour journey. Upon arrival in Mto wa Mbu, you will visit a traditional Maasai Boma, where you will have the opportunity to experience Maasai culture firsthand, including their traditional dances, songs, and way of life.
In the afternoon, you will check in at your hotel and enjoy a delicious lunch.
Later in the evening, you will be picked up for a night game drive at Lake Manyara National Park. The game drive will last approximately three hours, during which you will have the chance to observe nocturnal wildlife in their natural habitat. After the game drive, you will return to the hotel for your overnight stay.
On the 2nd day, you will embark on a full game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most renowned wildlife areas. Known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater is home to a dense population of wildlife, including the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos. You’ll descend into the crater early in the morning to maximize your wildlife viewing opportunities, exploring the diverse habitats ranging from savanna to forests and lakes. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the crater, continuing your exploration in the afternoon. The day’s adventures conclude with a return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
After breakfast depart to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds and diverse landscapes, ranging from seasonal swamps to savanna. The Tarangire River flows through the park, attracting wildlife like lions, leopards, and various bird species.
Once we finish the game drive, we will transfer you to Arusha/Moshi/ Kilimanjaro Airport, depending on your next destination.
